KT FOOTY TRAINING AGREEMENT & POLICIES

Welcome to KT Footy! We’re excited to begin working with your athlete and want to ensure expectations are clear from the start. This policy outlines the terms of your training membership with KT Footy. Please read thoroughly and reach out if you have any questions.

💳 Membership & Payment Terms

Cost: $200/month for (4) one-hour sessions.
Recurring Billing: By signing up, you are enrolling in an automatically recurring monthly membership on a 4-week billing cycle.
Billing Notifications: A courtesy email reminder will be sent 7 days prior to your upcoming payment for your records.

📅 Commitment Terms

Minimum Commitment: This is a 2-month commitment trial period during which KT Footy evaluates if the athlete is the right fit for our training culture. After the trial, the membership continues on a month-to-month basis.

KT Footy Skills Academy is a year-round program. This is not a drop-in or seasonal option — it is a full-stop commitment to long-term development. We expect consistency, buy-in, and accountability from all families who train with us.

→ Please note: Athletes who cancel will be placed on the waitlist to rejoin.

❌ Cancellation Policy

30-Day Notice Required: Cancellations must be submitted with at least 30 days’ notice.
No Refunds: We do not offer refunds, especially for families attempting to cancel without the required notice period.

How to Cancel:
→ Please email finance@ktfooty.com (KT Financial Manager – Dave Porter) with your athlete’s name and desired cancellation date.
→ Cancellation requests must be approved and will be processed after one final billing cycle.

Injury Exception: Exceptions may be made in the case of serious injury with proper documentation.

⚠️ Attendance & Communication

Club Team Requirement: KT Footy is exclusively for active, committed club soccer athletes.
→ If your athlete is not on a club team, they will not be eligible for the program.

Missed Sessions: If your athlete needs to miss a session or attend one outside of their assigned time due to a legitimate conflict (such as a game), please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so we can accommodate as best we can.

Please understand: attending your athlete’s assigned “home session” is where the most consistent growth happens. We ask families not to move sessions around unnecessarily or miss training for casual or avoidable reasons.

By enrolling in the KT Footy Dribbling Academy, you are agreeing to these terms and authorizing recurring payments based on the schedule outlined above.
